Do Not Tire

Summary: To tire is to become weary and to lose patience or to become exhausted. Why do people tire or faint in life and want to give up? ? Let's explore and through God's word bring some encouragement to stay the course and not give on life and God.
As humans if we pray and believe God and we do not see results by a certain time we feel like God has abandoned us. We start believing the enemy's lies that God does not care about us and that He has rejected us.
But God does not come and go, He lasts (Isaiah 40:28) MSG
The enemy comes to attack us when we are tired because we are the most vulnerable, he attacked Elijah when He was tired after calling fire on the mountain, you would think he was the strongest but sometimes after our major victories the enemy comes to bring discouragement and fatigue. Sometimes we need just to rest so we can regain our strength after God created everything he rested (Genesis 2:2) sometimes to overcome the weariness we just need a time out to rest and replenish our emotions and our spirit.
Sometimes God does His best work the quiet seasons, that is when He is pruning us and getting us ready for what is next (John 15:2) The pruning season is never easy because God is shedding those leaves that have not produced any fruit in our lives.
In the season where nothing is happening, load up on your word intake, load up on your prayer, load up in your intercession.
Keep doing the right things when the wrong things are happening to you. Be like Joseph although he had been sold into slavery and finds himself in Potiphar's house he works hard and excels until he becomes the Chief of staff for the Slaves. God will see you through, he ends up in prison and interprets those 2 men's dreams and eventually one of them tells Pharoah about him. If you do not throw in the towel God will cause men to remember you, eventually Pharaoh summons for him. Do you think he never grew tired or weary but he never lost his integrity and one day his due time arrived because he stayed the course.
There is more in you that you have not discovered yet. Moses did not know there was a deliverer in Him. He stayed 40 years in the wilderness taking care of sheep, doing the mundane, the basic, don't despise the routine of lives, doing the last thing God asked you to do, be faithful where you are for God to entrust you with more. Be a faithful as an usher, teaching Sunday school, being a father to your kids. God eventually finds Moses in the backside of the desert in a dry place, where nothing grows, in every insignificant place and calls him to do something significant with his life, Moses was probably tired and weary and felt insignificant and like nobody remembered him, felt he was past his prime, life had written off, people had moved on and forgot about him.
I'm here to remind you that right now your life might seem like your best days are past due, there is nothing coming in front of you, all you have is stuff in the rearview mirror but I'm here to remind you God can use at any age, in any season. He used Naomi in her latter years, she become a mentor for Ruth who latter married Boaz who is in the lineage of Jesus, she probably thought there was nothing good left in her life after all that misfortune that had befell her. I'm here to remind you to lift your head and trust God again. Lift your expectations again, He is not done with you!
God energizes those who are tired (Isaiah 40:29)
Are you tired or weary don't run from God
Do not die in bitterness Naomi because you are tired and overwhelmed with life's troubles
Your latter will be greater than your past
God will remember you like He remembered Noah
Like He remembered Rachel and opened her womb
He will remember you like he remembered Hannah
Stay in the race
Do not grow weary in well doing for you will reap if you faint not.
Help is on the way
Remember He will never leave you nor forsake you.
In the night seasons God is with you
Lift your head unto the hills from where your help comes from.
