Summary: A DISSATISFIED MOUTH SPEAKS NEGATIVELY.

DISSATISFIED?

OBSERVATION: A PROVERB IS SHORT AND GIVES INSIGHT INTO HUMAN EXPERIENCES. THEY GIVE INSIGHT AND GUIDELINES FOR GODLY LIVING. SOLOMON PENNED MOST OF THE PROVERBS, AGUR AND LEMUEL PENNED SEVERAL. JEWISH TRADITION CREDITED PROPHET NATHAN FOR COACHING SOLOMON. READING PROVERBS TAKES LITTLE TIME: LIVING THE PROVERBS IS FOR A LIFETIME! THE PROVERBS ARE BRIEF, INSTRUCTIVE AND SOMETIMES VIVIDLY EXPRESSED.

INTERPRETATION: PROVERBS 12:14 (NKJV) A MAN WILL BE SATISFIED WITH GOOD BY THE FRUIT OF HIS MOUTH AND THE RECOMPENSE OF A MAN’S HANDS WILL BE RENDERED TO HIM.

POINTS TO PONDER:

THE FRUIT OF YOUR MOUTH IS A REFLECTION OF YOUR TRUE SPIRITUALLY.

AS THE HEART SPEAKS SO DOES YOUR MOUTH. IT SPEAKS EITHER POSITIVELY OR NEGATIVELY.

THE FRUIT OF YOUR MOUTH SHOULD BE SATURATED WITH GOOD, POSITIVE THINGS. IT IS BENEFICIAL TO THE ONE SPEAKING AND THE ONE LISTENING.

THE MOUTH CAN SPEAK BLESSINGS OR CURSING, LIFE OR DEATH!

AN UPRIGHT MAN WILL SPEAK IN SUCH A WAY WHICH PRODUCES POSITIVE RESULTS AND AN ABUNDANCE OF GOOD THINGS TO THE LISTENING EAR. THE UNRIGHTEOUS MAN SPEAKS EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE.

APPLICATION: DISSATISFIED? AS YOUR HEART SPEAKS SO DOES YOUR MOUTH. SPEAK POSITIVELY THE WORD OF GOD FOR GODLY LIVING!
