Can Christian Celebrate Onam Or Halloween? Series

# 1. Once when a person is baptized in Christ in the Name of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the former is gone and we are new in Christ and how can we follow false God or celebrate demonic pagan festivals such as Halloween or Onam or walk with darkness as if there is no light of Jesus Christ shines?

#2. After having the knowledge of Jesus Christ, how can a Christian walk like a lost person justifying the old path? How can one walk and drink from the cup of Jesus and cup of Demon?

#3. What kind of faith one has, when they trust God and Demon at the same time? Did God the father command to do the harvest festival in the one true God or false Gods, pagans, demons? Are you Christians trying to impress God or to please the pagan culture?

#4. God’s laborers in the spiritual harvest of souls are promised great reward for their faith and perseverance (James 1:12; 1 Peter 5:4; 2 Timothy 4:8; Hebrews 11. This applies to all aspects of our spiritual lives, including witnessing and seeing people saved and growing in the Lord, which is the spiritual harvest we all long to see. What harvest has been taking place when you celebrating the pagan Holiday? Is it in the name of Jesus Christ? Did Jesus command you to worship one true God or bow down before false Gods or Demons?

#5. By justifying walking with darkness or paganism, one is walking in carnal nature and according to worldview. How can a Christian or a Christian leader who seeking one true living God, misleading the flock by preaching another false Gospel in the name of Culture or roots in the churches?

#6. When WE are baptized with One true Living God we take the identity and roots of the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ, How is paganism allowed and justified?

For many who call themselves as Christian's their fellowship is with darkness and not the true light of Jesus Christ. Their celebrations in the church are just a religion or ritual, they don’t have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ nor they seek truth, nor one God the Father.

#7. Stay true to the one true gospel and to Christ, and do not follow or teach a false gospel. There is a serious warning for Priests and pastors in the scripture here Malachi 2.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 says For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. So, it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

Malachi 2:1-9: “And now, you priests, this warning is for you. If you do not listen, and if you do not resolve to honor my name,” says the LORD Almighty, “I will send a curse on you, and I will curse your blessings. Yes, I have already cursed them, because you have not resolved to honor me.

“Because of you I will rebuke your descendants; I will smear on your faces the dung from your festival sacrifices, and you will be carried off with it.

And you will know that I have sent you this warning so that my covenant with Levi may continue,” says the LORD Almighty.
