Summary: We love clean barns, but work increases when we own oxen. What are we sowing? Are we waiting for perfect conditions?
BREAK THE CHAINS: A GOOD LIFE WITH A BAD TASTE. WEARY IN WAITING?

STEALING TIME? I WILL DO IT LATER? WHEN I HAVE THE TIME? MANY LATERS, DAYS PASS. HOURS PASS,
NOW? WHEN IS NOW? HOW SMART IS A PERSON THAT TRIES TO MAKE SENSE OUT OF NONSENSE? WHY DEFEND STUPIDITY?
2 Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
AM I FREE? DO I CLAIM SOMETHING?
I read about an aged black man that lived a secluded life in the hills of Kentucky for several years. He had escaped from a cruel master. The man feared that he might get caught and then be forced to return. He found an abandoned log cabin back in the hills. He hide in this lonely cabin and he had no communication with the outside world for about two years.
One day the black man ran out of needed provisions to live. In great fear he proceeded to a village and he found a small store. He was very cautious to slip up in the shadows and bushes. He was hungry. He wanted some of his favorite items. He wanted to get hominy, syrup, corn, flour and some other things that made up his meager menu. He was so afraid that slave trader would catch him and return him to the mean master that he served. He was hiding behind some large trees. He heard a voice yelling at him. “HEY YOU!” WHY ARE SNEAKING AROUND HERE? YOU ARE ACTING LIKE A SCARED POSSUM?”
The black slave was shaking in great fear. He knew that he would be returned to the farm from which he escaped. He recognized the voice of an old friend. It was a fellow slave Jeremiah Jones an old preacher. Jeremiah was sitting on the porch of the store drinking peppermint tea. The old preacher was smiling really big and said: “ WE HAVEN’T SEEN YOU IN SEVERAL YEARS.”
The black slave said: I been hiding up in the mountains. I did not want to return to our cruel master. Preacher Jeremiah said: “DON’T YOU KNOW THAT ABRAHAM LINCOLN SET US FREE? THERE ARE NO MORE SLAVE DAYS FOR US!”
“When did all this happen?” he replied. Preacher then stated: “ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO! WE HAVE BEEN FREE FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS.”
The old slave started crying and praising the Lord. He said: “JUST THINK, I HAVE BEEN LIVING LIKE A RUN AWAY SLAVE ALL THIS TIME AND I HAVE BEEN FREE? I HAVE BEEN A SLAVE AND I AM FREE?”
Abraham Lincoln said: DON’T WAIT FOR PERFECT CONDITIONS, START NOW. Every great success started with small, imperfect steps taken with courage and faith. Consistency turns effort into excellence.
THE FIRST RULE OF THE DEVIL AND HELL IS TO WAIT FOR PERFECT CONDITIONS. WAIT UNTIL EVERYTHING IS OK? HOW MANY IN HELL HAD PLANS TO GET RIGHT?
We are BURNING THE CANDLE! The candle will never grow any longer. The candle gives itself for the light. The more the candle burns the less the candle grows.
*PERFECT CONDITIONS: ideal, optimal, flawless, perfect.
Average thinking say winners face fewer challenges… THIS IS A WALL? This is a stubling block? Absolutey not? THIS IS ASTEPPING STONE TO HIGHER LIVING… FAILURE IS A CLASSROOM…
DO I DO? DO I WAIT? GOD DOES NOT REWARD EXCUSES… GOD REWARDS ACTION BY FAITH. USE WHAT YOU HAVE --- PLAY THE HAND YOU ARE DEALT.
Luke 14:18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
People are waiting for perfect conditions to start… we must start then the conditions can improve. Reserving for better, we never bite until our teeth are rotten? If the weather was better? If I had more money? If I had more time? If I had to right education? Car? House? I am so tired. I am so heavy. I am wrestling and struggling.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE LOSE SIGHT OF OUR ETERNAL GOALS? WE MUST FOCUS ON THE GOALS BEFORE US, NOT THE OBSTACLES AND DISTRACTIONS
Ecclesiastes 11:4 He that observeth the wind shall not sow; and he that regardeth the clouds shall not reap.
• Fear, worry and doubt can hinder the potential that we have. We must not wait for a better time.
• The wind and clouds speak of troubles, trials, obstacles and difficulties.
• We must be doers and take action that will bring a harvest and achieve the desire fruit now.
