Summary: How big is God? Words fail us in description. However, when we meditate on Him we discover that He is into BIG things! In this message Dr. Vorce also addresses the Church and AI.

Psalms 147 (5) – Read the whole chapter.

Quote: Indeed, through His own gracious revelation of Himself, we can understand God in part, but we can never fully comprehend Him, or even a single one of His qualities. There will always be more of His wisdom to understand, more of His power, more of His holiness, more of His love. We will never fathom Him, and we will never tire of Him. Through all eternity, we will look upon Him and marvel at the endlessly creative, wonderfully gracious, uniquely righteous, timelessly beautiful, unsearchably glorious, infinitely loving Maker and Ruler of all. *

*The Heavens: Intimate Moments with Your Majestic God, Kevin Hartnett, Thomas Nelson, Date: 2011

II. He is so Amazing that He is Indescribable… Yet He loves us!

A. We’re on His mind.

“When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him? Yet you have made him a little lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor. You have given him dominion over the works of your hands; you have put all things under his feet,” (Psalms 8:3-6)

1. The “Finger of God.” The finger of God symbolizes His power.

a. Pharaoh’s magicians attributed the third plague to the finger of God – Exo 8:19.

b. The finger of God wrote the Law on stone tablets – Exo 31:18; Deut 9:10.

c. In the New Testament, Jesus cast out demons by the finger of God – Luke 11:20.

d. The finger of God legislated grace for the woman caught in adultery when Jesus stooped and wrote on the ground. – John 8:1-11

B. God has a plan for every one of us.

Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

1 Corinthians 12:28-31

28. And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

29. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?

30. Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

31. But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

• What is your gifting (calling)?

III. God is into BIG things.

A. Jesus died to save the “whole world” from the beginning of time until the end of time. (That’s huge) – John 3:16.

1. Big things take BIG vision.

2. Big things take BIG money.

3. Big things take BIG tools (Modern Media Platforms, Social, TV, Apps., etc.)

C. Address the new technological tool known as “AI” (Artificial Intelligence)

1. It’s not demons, or the Mark or the Beast, IT’S TECHNOLOGY!!!

2. When the “New Technology” known as television came out, the church fought it. (They should have embraced it, harnessed its power, and used it for the Kingdom.)

3. When the “New Technology” known as personal and business computers came out the church fought it. (They should have embraced it, harnessed its power, and used it for the Kingdom.)
