BEING ON THE SAME PAGE? THE ANNOYING FACE OF LIFE?

By Wade Martin Hughes, Sr. Kyfingers@aol.com

Mary delivered a baby that baby DELIVERED ME.

**Annoying: irritate, to make a little angry, pest.

Why do we allow daily life and people to become annoying? Have we not learned FAITH WINS! Faith will always triumph over trials and problems.

TO BE ANNOYED ALL THE TIME BECOMES AN INTERNAL PRISON THAT NOT ONLY HAS METAL BARS, BUT ALSO MENTAL BARS WHILE BEING LOCKED IN PLACE BY STOCKS AND BONDS LIVING IN A DAILY DUNGEON.

May we start with there is only one escape GET WITH GOD, GET WITH PEOPLE. DREAM A NEW DREAM.

Psalm 101:1 I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O LORD, will I sing.

Psalm 101:1 (MSG) A David psalm My theme song is God's love and justice, and I'm singing it right to you, GOD.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

Life is a twisted journey that I have never been able to understand. I think about what I think about? What do I need? There are times I need someone to come along beside me, to sit down WITH ME. I might need a drink of cool water? Maybe a pat on the back? Say something encouraging and refreshing? AND JUST BE WITH ME!

Sometimes I may need a swift kick in the rear end? Have you ever tried to get a turtle to come out of his shell? The more you coax him the tighter the shell closers. We learned a trick as a child, if you want a turtle to come out of the shell, just light a match and hold it to the back side. (I don’t mean be mean, just allow a little heat that turtle will come out running.)

Sometimes we need the truth spoken in kindness and love. Sometimes we need to cast our bread on the waters and trust the moment. Sometimes we need an honest evaluation of not just where you are, but how did you get there? We need someone to wake us up and make us get up and face the day?

Will you have to lose everything to OPEN YOUR EYES? I do know change is hard. I can tell you when you will gladly change. WHEN THE PAIN OF WHERE YOU ARE GETS GREATER THAN THE PAIN OF THE CHANGE YOU WILL GLADLY SUBMIT TO THE PROCESS OF CHANGE?

Storms, trials, persecution, pain, adversity can BECOME MOTIVATION TO EVALUATE WHETHER YOU ARE WITH IT. Are we on the SAME PAGE? Search your attitudes and thinking patterns? Have you allowed life to MOLD YOU INTO A NEGATIVE, GRIPPING, CRITICAL, FAULTFINDING?

ARE WE DOING ATTIC LIVING? TIME HAS A WAY OF STRAIGHT ARMING AND MAKING A DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND OTHERS… GOD’S PLAN IS TO BE WITH US…

Proverbs 1:5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: 6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.

Did you know sometimes we just need to withdraw from the dark, negative worries and concerns of the flesh and mediate on the word of God and pray to find the heart of God?

ARE YOU WITH OTHERS? OR ARE YOU QUARRELSOME? MANY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THIS VERSE BECAUSE THEY THINK IT IS DIRECTED TOWARD WOMEN… NOT SO…

IT IS DIRECTED TO NEGATIVE NAGGERS AND GRIPERS THAT COMPLAIN ALL THE TIME…

Proverbs 21:9 It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.

Proverbs 21:9 (MSG) Better to live alone in a tumbledown shack than share a mansion with a nagging spouse.

PLEASE SEE THE TRUTH… WE ARE NOT PUTTING DOWN WOMEN, WE ARE DISCUSSING THE TRAP OF SEPERATION AND PUSHING AWAY THOSE THAT WE LOVE. GOD DESIRES US TO BE WITH HIM AND WITH PEOPLE.

WE MUST BREAK THE CYCLE OF DRIP, DRIP, DRIP… ANNOYANCE.

Proverbs 27:15 (NKJV) A continual dripping on a very rainy day And a contentious woman are alike;

Proverbs 27:15 (MSG) A nagging spouse is like the drip, drip, drip of a leaky faucet;

PERHAPS WE NEED TO TAKE BACK CONTROL OF OUR TEMPERS?

Keep your temper, no one else wants it! Be honest, do you nag with a critical spirit?

I might need to tell you GET WITH IT… Recognize somehow you have lost the correct path to BE WITH OTHERS and to be WITH GOD. Have you lost yourself in daily living? Are you thankful and appreciative or have you allow the negative to dictate a WOUNDED SPIRIT, WOUNDED WARRIOR that you are no LONGER WITH GOD? WITH YOUR FAMILY? WITH YOUR FRIENDS?

MAYBE IT IS TIME, MAYBE IT IS HIGH TIME TO FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD to find healing for your broken heart. Bitterness always backfires. GET WITH GOD!
