Summary: In the confrontation between the stream and the rock, the stream always wins, not through strength but through perseverance. God rewards the steadfast!
Introduction
God has always honored and rewards greatly those who will stand the test of time and trouble. Those who aren’t so willing to lay down and let the world win!
Throughout the Word of God are countless stories of those who fought against the tide of what was popular and stood for what was right and WON!
Our story begins with the King of Assyria, Sennacherib was threatening to seize Judah for his own. Hezekiah had other plans. His faith in God was larger than his trouble. He proves it in his actions!
Main Division
I. He Stopped The Waters (1-4)
II. He Strengethened The Walls (5)
III. He Strategized For War (6-8)
Conclusion: No problem is too large for God’s Intervention and no person is too small for God’s Attention!
