Summary: God is very aware of how much power His Words and Promises possess, when you proclaim them and speak them over your life! The question is, are you?

All things are possible, “Only Believe!”

How many here this morning believe God can answer prayer, no matter what?

John 14:12-14 MSG

12-13 “In solemn truth I tell you, anyone believing in me shall do the same miracles I have done, and even greater ones, because I am going to be with the Father. You can ask him for anything, using my name, and I will do it, for this will bring praise to the Father because of what I, the Son, will do for you. 14 Yes, ask anything, using my name, and I will do it!

How many here this morning believe God can do anything?

How many believe God can do anything, not for everyone else but in your life?

Is there a hesitation in your spirit, when you hear that question asked? There shouldn’t be! Why might that be? I mean, do some of us really think that our problems and situations are harder for God to answer and work out, than the problems, needs, wants and desires of our neighbors?

Or do we feel we are more liable for the results of our prayers and request, when we’re involved and it’s our own need, rather than someone else’s need? Thus making are own request harder in our mind than another’s need!

Should we not expect, as great or greater miracles to be done in our lives, than in another’s life? Or than the fantastic miracles we read about in the Bible, that Jesus did.

If we say we believe what Jesus did on the cross for us and we say we take Jesus at His Word for the promises both He and His Father God have declared to be possible in our lives, we should! 1000 times yes we should!

We have been told what we have been promised, we have both read and witnessed miracles happen! And still a small percentage of unbelief creeps in and consistently ruins the results of what God wants to do in our lives!

The time has come to take personal responsibility for what we believe about our relationship with Jesus and realize the amazing enormity of what we have been given!

We have been given the supernatural means to do, say and accomplish anything for the kingdom of God in our own lives and in the lives of everyone else we know! And still we continually say, “no thanks I’ll just ride the bus with all the other unbelievers again” When anything arises beyond our comfort level and our personal ability to deliver the results!

Well, I don’t know preacher, you’re setting the bar pretty high in not only the expectation department, but also in the delivery too! ….Jesus did some pretty amazing things….

And I would say to that….you are more than correct with that summation! Yes I am setting you up to achieve something impossible and that you have absolutely no control over accomplishing in your life!

Also that you will achieve complete failure every time, if you attempt to achieve the results on your own without complete dependency on Gods ability!

Yes I’m telling you to set the bar higher than your level of comfort! Because that’s what Jesus said at His Fathers instruction was possible to achieve, from impossible circumstances beyond our control!

His actions were and are amazing! His words were and are also quite amazing! What Jesus told and promised to anyone who would dare to believe and depend on God is also AMAZING!

John 1:1-3 NKJ

1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2. He was in the beginning with God.

3. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

I share this scripture with you because I want you to realize, truly what we have been given! Guaranteed by our relationship with God, we have with Jesus, our Lord and Savior!

“Absolutely everything, ranging from small to large, as you make it a part of your believing prayer, gets included as you lay hold of God’s Promises.”

Ya, ya, ya the rhetoric rings out from the church, “we’ve heard this all before, this is nothing new!” That’s an absolutely true statement!

But I must ask, if we’ve heard all this before...why aren’t we the church (God’s hands, feet and voice) doing and accomplishing more of what we have both heard and been taught?
