The nature of this call...
1. It is a call of desperation you ("I urge you").
2. It is a call to duty (it’s practical).
3. It is a call that is divine (it comes from God).
How to live a life worthy of the calling you have received...
1. Our DISPOSITION allows us to live a life worthy of our calling (v. 2a).
Disposition: Who you are on the inside
A. It requires humility.
B. It requires gentleness.
2. Our DEMEANOR allows us to live a life worthy of our calling (v. 2b).
Demeanor: Who you are on the outside
A. It requires patience.
B. It requires love.
3. Our DEPENDENCE allows us to live a life worthy of our calling (v. 3-6).
Dependence: Who you are in Christ
