EVIL ANGELS (Part 2)
In our last study we identified the names, ranks, and characteristics of the fallen angels. In this study we will look at the activities and destination of the fallen angels.
The Activities Of Fallen Angels
20. They oppose God¡¦s purpose (Daniel 10:10-14; Ephesians 6:12).
21. They execute Satan¡¦s program (1 Timothy 4:1; Revelation 9; 16:12-14).
22. They spread false doctrine (2 Thessalonians 2:2; 1 Timothy 4:1).
23. They afflict human beings.
„« Some cause insanity (Matthew 8:28; 17:15, 18; Mark 5:15; Luke 8:27-29).
„« Some cause muteness of speech (Matthew 9:33).
„« Some cause immorality (Matthew 10:1; Mark 1:23-26; 3:11; Luke 4:36; Acts 5:16; 8:7; Revelation 16:13).
„« Some cause deafness (Mark 9:25).
„« Some cause epilepsy (Matthew 17:15-18).
„« Some cause blindness (Matthew 12:22).
„« Some cause suicidal mania (Mark 9:22).
„« Some cause personal injuries (Mark 9:18).
„« Some cause physical defects (Luke 13:11).
24. They can possess human beings.
„« King Saul was troubled by an evil spirit (1 Samuel 16:14; 18:10; 19:9).
„« A Capernaum demoniac (Mark 1:25; Luke 4:35).
„« A Geresene demoniac (Matthew 8:32; Mark 5:8; Luke 8:33).
„« A dumb demoniac (Matthew 9:33).
„« A demoniac girl (Matthew 15:28; Mark 7:29).
„« A demoniac boy (Matthew 17:18; Mark 9:25; Luke 9:42).
„« A blind and deaf demoniac (Matthew 12:22; Luke 11:14).

„« Elymas (Acts 13:8-11).
„« A slave girl (Acts 16:16-18).
25. Demons will inflict torture upon unsaved mankind during the great tribulation (Revelation 9).
26. Demons are on occasion used by God to fulfill His divine purpose.
„« A demon was used to punish wicked king Abimelech (Judges 9:23).
„« A demon was used to prepare for the execution of King Ahab in battle (1 Kings 22:19-23).
„« A demon brought out the true nature of King Saul (1 Samuel 16:14).
„« Demons were used to punish rebellious Israel during the time of wandering (Psalm 78:49).
„« Demons will be used to bring ungodly nations to Armageddon for slaughtering at the end of the tribulation (Revelation 16:13-16).
The Destiny Of Fallen Angels
8. To be judged by Christ and His Church (1 Corinthians 6:3).
9. To be cast into the lake of fire forever (Matthew 25:41; 2 Peter 2:4; Jude 1:6).
