Opening…

1. The best compliment you can give me is the tell me my children are just like me.

My wife will say, those boys of yours are just as hard headed as you are, Richard. I puff my chest out and say, “Thank you”!

2. The best compliment dear to the heart of God… is to know is children is JUST LIKE HIM.

a. Satan comes at us and we stand strong in faith and down hw goes. He walks away muttering, wiping the dust off his sleeves and muttering… they are just like their father.

b. Satan tried to tell God that Job just liked him for the gifts he gave. Satan failed to recognize, Job had a God heart.

Just like Dad…

1. Heaven has no church building. Why?

a. "And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it." (Revelation 21:22)

b. I am just like dad… he’s a temple and I am a temple.

"…Ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people."

(2 Corinthians 6:16, KJV)

2. Heaven has no need of light…

the sun, or moon or light switches. Why?

a. "And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof." (Revelation 21:23)

b. We are now the light of God in the world

1. "Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid." (Matthew 5:14, KJV)

2. "For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord…

walk as children of light:" (Ephesians 5:8, KJV)

3. Where the king is, the presence of the kingdom is with him.

a. He may not have all of his stuff with him, but all the glory, all the intrigue accompanies him.

All the power accompanies the king.

b. George Busch has a Secret Service agent carry a special case with him at all times. The Nuclear arsenal codes, etc.

Where ever George Busch travels, the full power of the kingdom goes with him.

4. Jesus taught something very awesome concerning God and his kingdom.

a. "Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:21)

5. Being sons of God, we are the conduits of the power of God in the earth

a. Jesus taught us to pray… they kingdom come… they will be done…. In earth… as it is…. in heaven.

b. Who rules heaven? Is his will ever overturned? Stopped? Slowed down?

c. Who rules over the earth? Man, is given the authority to rule in this world.

Why is not Gods rule more established in the earth?

Because we are leaky. We leak, the power of God.

Closing…

1. I don’t want to be negative, but I will tell, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth…

If we did not leak the power of God, everything we would call forth would come forth… not questions asked.

Everything Jesus ask for, he got. He did not leak the power of God.

2. How is it with us? Are you getting what you need? Are your prayers being answered?
