SHOT Defined:

--------A STROKE in an attempt to EARN POINTS. The CONCENTRATION is FOCUSED towards the TARGET or GOAL.

--------A Winning SHOT needs CHARACTER!

S – Submission.

A. Submission

1. Be Submissive like a SHEEP and a SOLDIER.

You are like SHEEP that always FOLLOW the PATH of the SHEPHERD’S DIRECTION. Always follow the SHEPHERD’S GUIDANCE because He knows where the GREEN PASTURE is. Your SHEPHERD knows where the DEVOURER/DESTROYER HIDES.

Likewise, you are like SOLDIERS who need to OBEY INSTRUCTIONS. You need to know the PLAN of the CHIEF COMMANDER to keep you from DESTRUCTION. The CHIEF COMMANDER knows the SNARE, SCHEMES & STRATEGIES of the ENEMY.2. Always be in contact w/ the CHIEF COMMANDER.

********All you NEED is the Holy Spirit! (He is a TRANSMITTER! A Signal!)

--------To GUIDE you in the way you should go!

--------To LEAD you into ALL TRUTH!

--------To SHOW things to come. To REVEAL the FUTURE.

--------To TEACH you ALL THINGS/EVERYTHING.

When you RECEIVE the Holy Spirit, you RECEIVE the SUPERNATURAL LANGUAGE of Praying in other TONGUES. You will have the SUPERNATURAL CAPACITY to COMMUNICATE w/ God, “spirit-to-Spirit” conversation. As you SPEAK to Him, He DOWNLOAD things to you.

The Holy Spirit DOWNLOADS WISDOM, INSTRUCTION and SUPERNATURAL INSIGHTS.

--------You need to be a GOOD FIGHTER.

“A GOOD FIGHTER doesn’t rely on His OWN WISDOM, he always asks for God’s GUIDANCE.

SUBMIT to God, OBEY His WORDS, then the ENEMY will be TERRIFIED and FLEE from you.”

--------STRATEGIC SOLDIER.

“You need to EXAMINE EVERY MOVE of the Opponent and EVERY MOVE you make.

You need to examine the WEAKNESS of the ENEMY. The BIBLE exposes the WEAKNESSES of the ENEMY”

B. Humility (Listen! Do not be PROUD, for the LORD has spoken. Jeremiah 13:15)

1. God LIFTS UP the HUMBLE.

HUMILITY: Defined accd’g to the Dictionary:

--------A FEELING of being LITTLE worth.

“What you are as a PERSON when NOBODY’S LOOKING is far more important than what you are in PUBLIC. DOESN’T CARE to get GLORY or APPLAUSE from people. As Christians, we are living to PLEASE God!”

“You know those who are RIGHTEOUS & You EXAMINE the DEEPEST THOUGHTS of HEARTS & MINDS….” Jeremiah 20:12

2. Harmony. “In a game, TEAM WORK is the only key towards VICTORY.”

--------To SUPPORT and PROTECT Fellow-Soldier.

“ENCOURAGE one another. STRENGTHEN those who are LOSING their FAITH . COMFORT one another.You also need to CORRECT & REBUKE each other using the Word of God.”

3. Honesty (INTEGRITY is the key!)

--------INTEGRITY determines WHO YOU ARE when NOBODY’S LOOKING, & when NOBODY else even notices.

--------Imagine that you are under SURVEILLANCE! God is watching the CCTV!

C. Obedience (“Put God First! Pray according to the Will of God, according to His WORDS!”)

"For you must GO WHEREVER I SEND you & SAY WHATEVER I TELL you.” Jeremiah 1:7

1. God EXAMINES the heart. “A SERVANT’S HEART”.

2. Being Faithful in LITTLE things, when nobody even notices, determines OBEDIENCE.

--------Jesus said, “If you LOVE me OBEY my COMMANDS.”

3. WILLINGNESS.

“OBEY ME, & I WILL be your God, & you WILL be my people. ONLY DO AS I SAY, & ALL WILL be WELL!” Jeremiah 7:23

--------ALL is WELL if we WILLINGLY OBEY the WILL of God!

--------Always ask for God’s GUIDANCE! PRAY like this:

--------“WHERE do You want me to GO?

--------“WHAT do You want me to DO?/WHAT do You want me to SAY?”

D. Trust (FAITH, HOPE, Confidence, Reliance, Dependence)

“Don’t be AFRAID of the people, for I WILL BE W/ YOU & TAKE CARE of you…" Jeremiah 1:8

TRUST Definedaccd’g to the Dictionary:

--------One in which CONFIDENCE is placed. To expect with ASSURANCE.

--------To place in the CARE of another; ENTRUST.

OBEDIENCE to God is LOVING God & TRUSTING God. Because LOVE WITHOUT TRUST is NOT LOVE at all.

--------TRUST GOD’s PROMISES! God did not gave us the SPIRIT of FEAR and TIMIDITY.

--------TRUST YOURSELF! Be STRONG and COURAGEOUS!

--------TRUST OTHERS! Don’t entertain NEGATIVE thoughts about OTHERS.

Because you TRUSTED me, I WILL PRESERVE your life & keep you safe. I ,the LORD, have spoken!’" Jeremiah 39:18

CONCLUSION:

Jesus CHRIST HUMBLED Himself in OBEDIENCE to GOD and died a SHAMEFUL death on the CROSS. He TRUSTED God that in spite of His SUFFERING, He knew that God will LIFT Him Up to the POSITION of HIGHEST HONOR. Because of this kind of ATTITUDE, God RAISED Him and gave Him a NAME that is ABOVE every other name, that every TONGUE CONFESS that JESUS is LORD of Lords & KING of Kings.
