IM SATISFIED

PSALM 63:1-11 KJV

INTRODUCTION:

~In the time and age we live in, we know there is thousands of business’ trying to win our

business; to the extent they will guarantee us anything.

~The most important guarantee they will offer is our satisfaction. They will do everything they

can to satisfy your need as there customer.

~With the hope they can maintain you and your business and mainly your money.

~Just the other day, I heard an advertisement on the radio, offering a new house with $99,000.00

in free upgrades and a new Lexus, if you buy one of there homes. Sounds pretty good, don’t it.

(Until you realize that you will be making a car payment for the next 30 years that may not make it 10 years)

I would like to look in the Word today and see our satisfaction guarantee from the Lord Jesus Christ.

1. I’M SATISFIED WITH JESUS

In Daniel 3 we find the story of the 3 Hebrew Children.

~They told the king, we are satisfied with the God we serve and didn’t need another one to

worship.

~Even if He chooses not to deliver us from this flame, were satisfied

~By the end of the story, we find even king Nebuchadnezzar was satisfied with Jesus.

In Acts 3 we find the story of the lame man at the gate.

~He went there because he knew he could get help there.

~All this time the people have been supplying his needs at the gate.

~Peter and John came by, and changed his way of thinking. He clearly expected a plate or

cup full of something.

~What he received was satisfaction in his heart; he knew that he did not need to beg

anymore, or to lay and wait on someone to help him with his need, Jesus had took care

of it all, from his begging to his lameness, to his heart. He was satisfied!

~He was so satisfied that he stood up and was leaping for the satisfaction that he had

received, and went into the temple to rejoice with Peter and John.

In Revelation 5 we find the story of John looking for someone worthy to open the book.

~John was weeping much, for no one was found.

~The elders searched for a MAN in heaven, in the earth, and under the earth, and no one

was able to open the book.

~The elders came to John saying….”Weep not! Behold the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the

Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof”. Vv. 5.

****John was Satisfied, The Elders were Satisfied, The Hebrew Children were Satisfied, The

king Nebuchadnezzar was Satisfied, The Lame man was Satisfied, I am Satisfied, the

question is how about you?
