10 Turning Points

Introduction

The message on Solomon’s Porch was a “Turning Point Message.” (The lame man held them while the people ran to them.)

Jesus was sent to offer us a “turning point.” We can turn towards Christ and follow Him or continue in sin and follow the ways of the world.

Turning Points are Kairos moments in our lives. (Moments where everything is aligned)

There are other “turning points” in Scripture as well. We will look at some of them today.

1. Jesus was the “Turning Point” of history (We just covered this)

2. Elisha and the widow’s oil – II Kings 4:1-7

3. The Upper Room was the “Turning Point” for God’s Church – Acts 2:1-4

4. Marriage - A turning point – Gen 2:24; Mat 19:5; Mark 10:7; Eph 5:31

5. Discovering Your Spiritual Identity (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Minister of Helps, etc.) – Eph. 4:11

6. Discovering your place in the Body and plugging in. (Where do I serve? Who are my Mentors? What “Team” am I a part of? - No one is called to serve alone…) – I Cor. 12

7. The Moment you realize things are more spiritual than you thought. (Angels and Demons are real and active in our present world)

8. The Moment we realize that church is for instruction in righteousness, activating the saints, and Divine Impartation… not Entertainment. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

9. This revival can be the “Turning Point” for you. (Supernatural Alignments, Spirit-Led Networking, The Strategies of Heaven enacted on the earth)

10. Salvation- The Ultimate Turning Point – Matthew 11:28-30
