Summary: When you put God first in your building, you will experience His favour upon your life.

When you put God first in your building, you will experience His favour upon your life.Scriptures in your home serve as a testament to God's glory and invite His divine presence. As Jacob declared in Genesis 28:16, 'Surely the Lord is in this place; and I knew it not.' Inscribing God's Word on your walls or doors acknowledges His sovereignty over your dwelling. This practice also attracts heaven's attention, bringing angelic presence and protection.

Remember, Matthew 24:35 affirms that God's Word endures forever, transcending generations. Just as John 1:1 declares, 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.' By honoring God through His Word in your home, you ensure a legacy of blessings, fruitfulness, and peace that will stand the test of time.

Heavenly Father , we gather to dedicate this house to You and ask for Your protection and victory. We recognize that unless You build and keep this house, our efforts are in vain (Psalm 127:1). We bless Your name forever and ever (Psalm 145:2). You are the builder of all things (Hebrews 3:4), and we acknowledge Your sovereignty.

We pray for goodness and mercy to follow us all our days and dwell in Your house forever (Psalm 23:6). Let this home be a peaceable habitation, a sure dwelling, and a quiet resting place (Isaiah 32:18). As for me and my house, we will serve You (Joshua 24:15b). Protect us from evil and plagues (Psalm 91:10), and be with us wherever we go (Genesis 28:15).

We continue in prayer with thanksgiving (Colossians 4:2), trusting You as our Shepherd (Psalm 23:1). You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Rejoice evermore (1 Thessalonians 5:16), and when we are afraid, we will trust in You (Psalm 56:3). You are our strong tower (Proverbs 18:10), and we run into Your name for safety.

Let every breath praise You (Psalm 150:6). Arise, shine, for Your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon us (Isaiah 60:1). You are our light and salvation; whom shall we fear? (Psalm 27:1). As long as we are in the world, we are the light of the world (John 9:5).

If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31). We give thanks to You, Lord, for Your mercy endures forever (1 Chronicles 16:34). Protect this house, keep us safe, and grant us victory in Your name.

We pray for Your blessing on this house, that it may be a sanctuary of peace and love. May our times of fellowship and worship here be sweet and joyful. May our conversations be gracious and our moments of rest be refreshing.

Lord, we pray for Your protection over this house. Keep us safe from harm and danger. Watch over our coming and going, and shelter us under Your wings. Let Your angels camp around us and keep us safe.

We pray for victory over the enemy's schemes. May our faith be strong and our spirits be courageous. Help us to stand firm against the devil's attacks and to resist his temptations.
