The Desires Of Every Heart Series

At this particular season much preparation is being made to make people happy during Christmas. Buying gifts to give away to satisfy desires of many hearts. Planning trips for family reunions to satisfy the desires of others.

In this verse of scripture there are some things every human heart desires. Now many may never have these desires fulfilled! Never the less they are here.

I. Everyone Desires Life: No One wants to Perish.

1. The theme of this verse is life, eternal life.

2. Normal span of human life is short.

3. Ephesians 2:2, states a man without Jesus is spiritually dead in trespasses and sins.

4. No life.

5. Real life begins at Calvary.

a. Where the Son of God tasted death for every man.

b. John 10:10

II. Everyone Desires Love.

1. Unending love.

2. God so loved He gave the best to prove it.

3. Romans 5:8, Christ died for us.

III. Everyone Desires a Better Life.

1. Jesus gives a new life.

2. Full of Joy.

3. Full of peace and happiness.

IV. Everyone Desires at Some Time or Other to be Justified form Sin with God.

1. From the least to the greatest.

2. Romans 5:9, much more than being now justified by his blood, we hall be saved from the wrath through Him.

V. Everyone Desires a Perfect Body.

1. We shall be glorified with Him is His likeness.

VI. Everyone Desires a Home in Heaven.

1. John 14:1-6

2. Do you know him?

3. Does your family?
