In the Book of Titus, Paul instructed him telling him to appoint elders in the churches. This by its statement proves God wants you to belong to a church and have a Pastor. How should I respond to the fact that God calls Pastors and wants us to follow one.

God loves multi-generational churches and He proves it in the Book of Titus as He specifically addresses the blessing and influence of the young and old. How can godly older people help my faith grow strong?
