Jesus tells His followers to Shake Off the Dust from your Feet when they reject the message of His grace. It meant two things and both are important for you to hear today.

2. Jesus Predicts His Death

Think of it: Jesus marshaled no army and He carried no weapon. Jesus never used His miraculous powers to throw the Pharisees off the nearest cliff. Yet, the threat of Jesus was so great, He often made enemies into allies:
A New York Times editorial claims that America’s views on the death penalty are changing. 35 people were put to death in 2014 which was the fewest in 20 years. There is no such thing as an instant disciple. Look at the word for a minute in your mind, to be a disciple it takes discipline.
