1. What Not To Do When Low

If you get into the spiritual lows, among the things you should not do is get angry and play the blaming game. Another thing you should not do is get comfortable with it.
I don’t feel in touch with God anymore. I have to drag myself and my family to worship. We have been coming less and less. I feel apathetic about my Lord. I rarely pray. 2. What To Do When You Are Down

If you are down in the dumps, it may be because you have too much going in your life that takes you away from God. Do as Jesus did, slow down and pray.
Okay. What should I do? Sometimes I get so discouraged, embittered, and apathetic that I feel like I will never get out of the bottom of the valley. In order to stay spiritually and emotionally healthy, we must engage in a regular prayer life which involves praying trusting, heart-felt prayers.

4. Why Does God Comfort Us?

When we pray, God comforts us. When God comforts us, he does so not just to make us comfortable, but to enable us to comfort others with the comfort He has given us
