God in His infinite wisdom created the heavens and the earth and differentiated the day with light and the night with darkness (Genesis 1:1-2). So twenty-four hours make a day. Within this 24hrs, lies great mystery and miracles that the almighty God can do, and nobody can query or challenge Him.
