The "Motive" of Christ’s death on the cross is fairly clear in Scripture... but there are people who are offended by that message.

Christ’s death on the cross was a crime of passion. The crime was ours... the passion was God’s.

If I had been Jesus, I would have shown the men on the road to Emmaus my scars and proved I had risen from the dead... but Jesus didn’t do that. Why?
