1. The Sign Of The Season

The "sign" the shepherds received was a baby in a manger. But compared to the sights and sounds of the angels in the sky... a baby in a feeding trough would seem somewhat anti-climatic. Why did God do it that way?
OPEN: A Salvation Army woman was informed by a policeman that a local ordinance would prevent her from ringing her bells to invite contributions. How did Joseph and Mary prepare for their 1st Christmas? And what does this say about how we can prepare for pleasing God this season?

Wise men came late to the party... but at least they showed up. Then - as now - many are too busy to bother. Why would so many people seek something else to focus on during the Christmas season?
