The Fastest-Growing Cell Phone Market in the world is not in the U.S., Europe, or Asia. It's in Africa. Africans are buying more and more cell phones, partly because land lines are difficult to find there. Cell phones also eliminate days of travel by car or bus to conduct cross-country business.
