Mothers are so wonderful and all are different and all are the same. Loving, caring, sacrifice and dedication to Children and family. Mother’s Day was started when Anna Jarvis held a memorial for her mother at St Andrew's Methodist Church in Grafton, West Virginia. Everyone doesn’t have a wonderful mother but they probably had a person that mothered them. We need to celebrate what these mothering compassionate women did to help children and even some adults. My mother was very trusting of people and could be some gullible at times. We had caught a black snake and had it in a box on the front porch. Mom came out and looked in the box. She said “get that snake off this porch and let it go”. I said mom its not real its from the 5 and dime store. She looked back over in the box and said “they sure make them look real these day”. Then went inside. I love my mom with my whole heart. She has been with the Lord for 8 years now.
