• Experience: Evangelized in West Virginia for 2 years, Pastored 33 years in West Viginia and 2 years in Michigan. Served on State Council in West Virginia for 12 years. Chaired Ministerial Development Board for Churches of God in West Virignia for 6 years. Served on Youth Boards, Ministerial Examination Boards, Evangelism Boards, and many other Ministerial Associations over the years. Just love ministry.

• Family: Married to Charla Sue (Cox) Terry. She is the Love of my life. Have 2 sons, Jeremy living in Morgantown, WV and Kendall living in Maryville, TN where he is the youth pastor of the RIO Church of God.
• What my parents think of my sermons: My mom listens to my sermons on line and let’s me know how I’m doing. Dad is just very proud of his son in ministry.
• What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: Let’s me know when I’ve done a good job and that is most of the time.
• Best advice given to me about preaching: Given by my dad, "Just Love Your People!"
• Hobbies: Making prayer cloths, wood working, web paging, and of course I love to bowl. My team the "Pastor’s Blasters" has won first place on our church bowling league for the past two years.
• If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Be Faithful in all things.
• Something funny that happened while preaching: A mouse climbing up the curtains in the front of the church.
• What I want on my tombstone: He finished his Course!
