The Great Exchange - Cast All
Contributed on Apr 25, 2026
We live in a world that praises “carrying it all.” We wear our busyness like a badge of honor and our stress like a cloak. But the human heart was never designed to be a warehouse for worry.
“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:6-7 INTRODUCTION The Weight We Were Never Meant to Carry We live in a world that praises “carrying it all.” We wear our busyness like a ...read more

I. The Ginosko of the Resurrection (The Experiential Knowledge) Paul doesn't use the word oida (intellectual head-knowledge). He uses ????s?? (ginosko)—a term for knowledge gained through intimate, firsthand experience. • In Hellenistic thought, knowledge was often abstract. Paul reclaims it as ...read more

Contributed on Jan 21, 2026
We have tried education, legislation, and every other approach, but nothing seems to work as parent are producing wayward children daily (and it saddens to say Christian Homes are not excluded). God's great program is to "gather together in one all things in Christ" (Eph 1:10).
After watching a television presentation about rebellious youth, a husband said to his wife, "What a mess! Where did our generation go wrong?" The wife calmly answered, "We had children." It seems no matter where we look in modern society, we see antagonism, division, and ...read more
