• Best advice given to me about preaching: Keep it scriptural, give them the Law to convict them of the sins so that they repent and then give them the Gospel which redeems them and brings them to salvation through Baptism. Also make the sermon sacramental. Point them to Baptism and the Sacrament of the Altar as the means of Grace.
