• Education: University of Valley Forge
• Experience: Spent 20 years as a youth pastor before planting Element Church in Pittsburgh. Currently revitalizing a 65+ year old church in Philadelphia (the church I was youth pastor at immediately following college).
• Family: Been married to my college sweetheart, Jodi, since 1992, and we have two beautiful girls, JoLyn (21) and Jacki (16).
• What my parents think of my sermons: I think they like them! Dad's on our church staff...I prefer to hear HIM preach instead of me, though!
• What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: She encourages me all the time, but she is truthful. She says I keep her attention (that's why I often slip ideas for gifts I want, places I want to eat, etc. into my message).
• Hobbies: Sports in general (especially my Philly teams). Good food, being with friends, meeting new people.
• What I want on my tombstone: Pepperoni. Seriously, just that I loved God and did my best to be a great husband, father, and friend of everyone!
