  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: My sermons have a strong mixture of my stuff and everybody else’s. I try my best to preach expository sermons, breaking down the text exactly as God has delivered it to us. I use my own illustrations, outlines etc, as well as borrow much stuff from others, especially from sermoncentral.com. I hope the sermons I contribute help others to successfully deliver God’s message to their listeners for their preaching moment.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: One time my lapel mic had fallen off and was swinging back and forth just below my belt, while I was strolling around the pulpit stage. I could see my wife and one of her friends sitting next to her smirking with grins, trying to motion for me to notice. Well, I thought she was trying to tell me my fly was open, so I went behind the podium to check. I was fine, but the smirking continued, so I checked again. It took me several trips, checking my fly each time, before I finally looked down and noticed the mic.
