• Education: B.A. from Louisiana College M.Div. from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Ed.D. from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Marriage and Family Therapy representative on the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling from 1998-2003.
• Experience: I have practiced Marriage and Family Therapy for over 20 years. Additionally, I have conducted leadership workshops and seminars for churches assisting them define "discipleship" from a truly unique relationship perspective. Through the use of parables and fables we help church leaders regulate their emotional reactions to interpersonal situations that naturally occur in marriage, family and church family contexts.
• Family: Marsha Lynn Semon is my wife of 20 years. Madelyn Rose Semon, at twelve years old participates in the middle school dance team and is an active member of our local church. Micah Paul Semon is nine years old and enjoys baseball, skateboarding and Bluebird choir.
