About KEITH
  • Education: I have some college, training from the Church of God Ministerial Internship Program, and over 15 years of experience preaching and pastoring. I am on ordained Bishop in the Church of God.
  • Experience: 15 years preaching and pastoring. I’ve been credentials with the church of God for almost five years. Before that I was an ordained Pastor in the Free Will Baptist Church out of Nashville, TN.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: Ignore the typo’s and focus on what God is saying to you. Feel free to use them, God freely gave them to me, they are not exclusive to only me.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: "Devil, You Can’t have my song"
  • One of my favorite illustrations: The illustration where the old lady who is dying asks the Pastor to bury her with a fork in her hand.
  • Family: I am married with 4 children. Ages 12, 10, 7, and 4. All of them are involved in ministry from sound booth to music ministry. God has blessed us and we want to continue serving God to the best of our ability.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: My parents think that my sermons are Spirit filled, and God sent.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: She likes most of them, but is honest with me when they really stink.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: "Just keep doing what you know is right, regardless of what is going on around you"
  • Books that have had an impact: Bible, "How to handle Church bosses"
  • Hobbies: Cars, hunting, computers.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Jesus is Lord and without Him there is no hope.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: While preaching one Sunday, I started to quote John 3:16 and I couldn’t remember it for anything. I tried 3 times to quote it and I just couldn’t remember it. So I said, "well you know what it says" and I kept on preaching.
  • What I want on my tombstone: Pepperoni, haha "Here is a man that served God selfishlessly"
