About Jeff
  • Education: I graduated from Mason High School in Michigan in 2002. After year off of working, I attended New Tribes Bible Insitute, were I was able to be grounded in the truths of God’s word.
  • Experience: I was saved at a Windy Gap Young Life Camp in North Carolina after my freshman year of High School. It was shortly after my graduation from High School that I felt the call to full time ministry. After going through two years of intensive bible training at New Tribes, I became a Youth Pastor in rural Eastern Washington where I served for two years, before heading back to my home church in Michigan where I now serve as an Associate Pastor.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: The majority of my sermons here will be the outlines that are used in the church bulletin, but some will be full manuscripts.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: While a high school student, my Pastor went through the book of 1 John and it was during that series I began to realize the need to live for Christ here on earth.
  • Family: My wife, Amber, and I met at New Tribes and were married in December of 2004. She is a vital part of my ministry and the love of my life. On November 1, 2008 our daughter Hannah Renee was born.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: My spouse plays an important part in the development of my sermons. As she is my proofreader who adds valuable insight and input.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Every text in scripture leads to Christ. Find the connection and proclaim Christ!
  • Books that have had an impact: The Complete Green Letters by Miles J. Stanford Knowledge of the Holy - A.W. Tozer Root of the Righteous- A.W. Tozer The Normal Christian Life - Watchman Nee
  • Hobbies: Soccer, Reading, Hockey and spending time with the family
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Jesus is the way the truth and the life.....
