• Education: Went to Town East Baptist Bile College in san Antonio Tex under pastor Larry West.
• Experience: 20 years with bus ministry,(Bus driver,Bus Captain, Bus Director, started 3 minstries) 23 years with the youth (worked with the 9-10th grade, assit. youth, the Youth Pastor). Been Bus Director, Youth Pastor, evangelist (This is what I was called to do for 23 years ben doing it), Assoc. Pastor, 10 years as children’s church director,sunday school super, nursinf home ministry, soul winning & now church planter. I love the Lord & I love the Youth, I love people
• Comment to those looking at my sermons: I’m old fashion and I’m only King James. Just let the Holy Spirit work in your heart. Know that no matter who you are. I love you because Christ loves me and He saved me and gave me a love for people
• Sermon or series that made a difference: A missionary came into Liberty Baptist Church and preached on Devils in the church. Unsaved church members. I was one of them. I got save March 31st 1982 @ 12:20 pm God called me to preach on Aug. 29th 1982. Still at it and loving it.
• Family: Married, 4 children (one in heaven), 5 grandchildren.
• What my parents think of my sermons: My dad was unsaved He always said him & God had thier own thing. My mom love them before she passed, she is in heaven I was able to lead her to the Lord
• What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: My wife is my biggest fan. However she will let me know, she keeps my feet to the fire. She checks all the verses I use. I love her and thank God for her. She is a great soul winner and teacher, loves children & she is great with them. Oh yea her singing what a blessing.
• Best advice given to me about preaching: Don’t Preach it if you have not done it yourself, or not willing to do it.
• Books that have had an impact: THE BIBLE Billy Sundays story, J Frank Norris history, Ra Torrey history, DL Moodys history, lester Roloff, The walking bible for learning the word of God
• Hobbies: Trains, cars, my family, Serving the Lord, my Bible, learning verses, and time in prayer. meeting people
• If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Get saved and miss a Devil’s Hell
• Something funny that happened while preaching: I jump up while preaching at a small church (they had a low celing) I got excited & jump & hit the celing I came down all white. Ther was a time I got so excited I jumped up on the Pupit and it came down with me.
• What I want on my tombstone: Here lies a man who finished his task for the Lord.
