• Experience: Thirty-one years as a bi-vocational pastor, church planter. I currently work as a gemologist appraiser at a local jewelry store.

• Family: My father was a minster and I was the oldest of ten children.I have been married for thirty-four years and have one married daughter. My wife Karen was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and has been in a wheel chair since 1985.

• Best advice given to me about preaching: Be prepared, be yourself!
• Books that have had an impact: Pilgrim’s Progress, The Naked Church.
• Hobbies: Gemstones, golf and traveling.
• If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: If you were ever going to do something for God, do it now!
• Something funny that happened while preaching: We pastored an old country church in Michigan. One Sunday night a bat flew in the sanctuary. Ladies were screaming and children were crying and I was running out the door.
• What I want on my tombstone: He forgot to breath!
