• Education: Orange Avenue Baptist School - Go Eagles! Orange Avenue Baptist School is specifically organized as a K-3 through 12th grade school to offer academic excellence with a Christian emphasis, and as such is an integral part of our total church ministry. The school ministry was started in 1984 and has continued to help meet the spiritual needs and academic needs of students in our community. Orange Avenue Baptist School has over 60 graduates who have been accepted in colleges and universities across the country, served in the armed forces, and have pursued careers in many diverse fields. Our graduates earned doctorate degrees, masters, bachelors, and associates degrees from numerous accredited universities. Our students have participated in State and International Student Leadership Convention for more than twenty years. The school has been consistently awarded Model School status by Accelerated Christian Education Ministries. We are also a member of the Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools (SBACS).
