About Chris
  • Education: All Nations Bible Seminary - Masters in Christian Education - Bachelors in Biblical Studies
  • Experience: Pastor at Thomas Street Baptist Church - 3 years Principal & Athletic Director at Champions Christian Academy - 2 years
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: These are His words and not mine!
  • Family: Extremely blessed husband of Lauren. Father to 3 daughters, ages 15, 9, 7 and one son age 5.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: They attend my church so I'm hoping that means they gain something out of them.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: She gets quizzed every Sunday about her thoughts and she always seems to be supportive. She's yet to tell me I've given an awful one, but I would welcome the constructive criticism.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Remember: God always gives the test, then the lesson!
  • Hobbies: Hunting, fishing, football, baseball, reading, sitting on the porch with my coffee in the morning and sweet tea in the evenings.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: I would live my darkest moments a million times over as long as it brought me right back to my knees and my Savior!
  • What I want on my tombstone: He loved Jesus!
