• One of my favorite illustrations: A man talking to his wife while she cooked supper noticed that every time she cooked ham that she always cut the corner of the ham off. The husband asked why she did that and her reply was "it is the way I always do it" the way my mother taught me. They started asking other relatives and came to find out that great grandmother started this because she had a little frying pan and could not fit the whole piece in the pan, look at all the wasted ham..
• Family: I am a husband, father grand father (peepa). Family is very important to me as they are the ones that know me and see me, so I must practice what I preach.
