About Brandon
  • Education: Attended Central Baptist College and Western Kentucky University.
  • Experience: Fourteen years as a Lead Pastor as well as serving on staff at Saddleback Church. Now Lead Pastor of a church planted in 2011.
  • Family: Married to Angie with three kids: Ella, Sam, and Drew.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Expound the Word of God, then drive it home in the hearts of the listeners. Build a bridge from the "then and there" of the text to the "here and now" of life.
  • Books that have had an impact: Standing on the Promises, by W. A. Criswell and The Purpose Driven Church by Rick Warren.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: A man died. We stopped the service. The EMT's brought him back and he was okay. Even though we stopped the services, our deacons were standing at the door with collection plates.
  • What I want on my tombstone: I told you guys I was sick!
