About Brady
  • Education: Brady Cooper is a graduate of Belmont University with a degree in Biblical Studies and Ministry. While serving at First Baptist, Brady earned his Masters of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
  • Experience: Brady joined the staff of New Vision as Senior Pastor in August 2003. Brady served as the Youth Pastor of New Vision Baptist Church from 1992-1997 before accepting a youth pastor position at First Baptist Church in Hendersonville. While serving at First Baptist, Brady was promoted to Teaching Pastor, a position whose duties included leading Sunday night services, organizing the evangelism strategy of the church, and occasionally preaching on Sunday mornings.
  • Family: Born in Nashville, TN on July 1, 1970, Brady Cooper lived in Hendersonville until his parents moved to Murfreesboro in 1984. Brady met his wife Amy at Belmont University, and they were married on August 8, 1992. They have two boys, Will (15) and Clay (9).
  • Hobbies: When he is not working in the church, Brady enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing, playing softball, and coaching his sons’ basketball teams.
