About Bradley
  • Education: I am currently a Preaching Major at Kentucky Christian University
  • Experience: I have served at Globe Christian Church as their youth minister for close to a year.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: I hope they can be helpful to you, and can uplift those that you preach them to.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: A sermon our senior pastor once preached titled "Get Over Yourself," really changed my life. I was feeling the call to preach but I was worried about what others would think of me. It helped me realize that if God has called us to do something, he will help us to see it through.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: My mother is in heaven, but you can see tears in my dad’s eyes each time i preach. The Lord really blessed me with some great parents.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: My girlfriend Jana seems to like to listen to my sermons. Atleast that is what she says when i am around.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: Linda Lou Rayburn, "If you hurt someone’s feelings preaching what God has told you to preach, you have no reason to appologize."
  • Books that have had an impact: Bible, The Left Behind Series.
  • Hobbies: I love to read newspapers, help coach the local high school football team, and watch movies.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: "Stop trying to please the world, because it will pass away, start trying to grow closer to God, because that relationship is forever.
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: Recently one of the kids in my youth group dressed just like me and was mocking me before i got up there, just to give me a hard time.
  • What I want on my tombstone: This man lived for God and God alone!

A sermon preached to try to inspire the church to not only do things that are Christ-like but to do them for Christ, because He is our first love.
