• Education: It was only after God had called me into a Ministry, I went to Seminary. I am currently working on a Bachelor of Divinity.
• Experience: I went through the school of hard knocks. I have been working with all types of folks with hurts, addiction, issues and some. God called me to be a Pastor to work with Churches too, when HE called me to our Church Family. I don't have the book smarts others have...But I have heart that Jesus gave me...Compassion...Grace...Mark 1:40-41
• Comment to those looking at my sermons: Jesus Christ gave me this Heart and I try to share it everyday. My question is this; "What are you going to do when the blood of Jesus Christ falls on you?"
• Sermon or series that made a difference: There are so many sermons that I believe Jesus wrote and placed on my heart.
• One of my favorite illustrations: You can lead a horse to water and make him drink....if you do; it's called drowning!
• Family: My wife; Kay and I have been married for 33 years. We have 5 children, 8 grand children.
• What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: My wife actually takes notes....
• Best advice given to me about preaching: "No matter what you share; let them know that Jesus Loves them and so do you!"
• Books that have had an impact: The Bible...."Fresh Fire Fresh Wind" "How to win friends and influence friends"
• Hobbies: I love to talk to people...hear their stories, share mine...I love just loving on folks. That is a close as I get to a hobby...except hanging out with my family and Grand Babies.
• If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: No one can change his own life without Jesus in it...
• Something funny that happened while preaching: Someone actually stood up and asked me who I was talking too
• What I want on my tombstone: "Jesus had compassion and touched Him"
