• Education: Bishop Billy R. Williams D.D., was called and exhortered in the church of God at the age of 15, then at the age of 16 after meeting all requirments was ordained. Shortly after the completion of High school he went to World Harvest Bible College under the Direction of Pastor Rod Parsley. After attending and reciving his associates in pastoral ministry, he left the church of God organization and went non-denominational, and recived his ordained Bishop’s. Billy Was just honored at the end of the year with his Honorary doc. of Divinity for outstanding teaching of the Holy Bible.
• Comment to those looking at my sermons: They may not sound the most educated but im not trying to be so heavenly minded that im no earthly good. I just write what God tells me to write.
• Sermon or series that made a difference: which one hasn’t?
• One of my favorite illustrations: passion of the Christ.
• Family: Bishop Billy Williams is married to one Amanda Martin Williams, they were married on july 5 2006, they are currently expecting there first born child due around july 30th or so.
• What my parents think of my sermons: They love them, infact my mom is the ministry secratary/treasure.
• What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: i hope she likes them, she says all the time that they were good but i guess i will never know.
• Best advice given to me about preaching: "Preach what the lord Gives you not what the people want to hear, never "sugar Coat" your messages." --Pastor Mark Donvan, Spiritual Father.
• Books that have had an impact: Every Book that you read has some type of impact. My Favorites would have to be "Battlefeild of the Mind, by Joyce Myers." some books written by joel osten, and Rod Parsley, and I love just about every book that sister Jynuam Bynuam has put out. (i think i spelled her name wrong...oh well im not perfect.)
• Hobbies: In my spare time i enjoy fishing, camping, riding four wheelers, horses and helping my in laws raise goats.
• If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: Seek ye First the kingdom of God.
• Something funny that happened while preaching: A sister passed wind in the sancuary, it was all i could do not to laugh.
• What I want on my tombstone: Well good thou Good and faithful Servant.
