About Apostle Dr. Belinda V.
  • Education: Ph.D. in Psychology, with a strong focus on mental health, emotional development, and counseling. Extensive studies in Biblical theology and Christian ministry.
  • Experience: I am currently serving as a school counselor and psychologist with a focus on elementary education, where I specialize in emotional support, student development, and behavioral interventions. My experience spans over 20 years in ministry, during which I have served at various ministries as a co-Pastor alongside my husband, Chief Apostle Dr. Ruben L. Broadnax Jr.. In our current ministry at Greater Dimensions Tabernacle of Faith Church, I am passionate about inspiring and encouraging women to grow spiritually. As a regular speaker and workshop leader, I address topics related to Christian living, emotional well-being, and mental health, drawing from my extensive experience studying and teaching the Word of God. Together in ministry, we are committed to helping others worship and praise God, while I also lead in worship, counseling, and supervising staff members in both church and educational settings.
  • Comment to those looking at my sermons: My prayer is that as you read or listen to my sermons, you are encouraged, challenged, and drawn closer to God. May His Word become alive in your heart, transforming you into the person He has called you to be.
  • Sermon or series that made a difference: One sermon series that deeply impacted my life was a series on the power of perseverance in faith. It reminded me that no matter the trials we face, God is always faithful, and we must press on with hope and trust in Him.
  • One of my favorite illustrations: I often use the illustration of a potter shaping clay. Just as the potter takes time and care to mold a piece into something beautiful, God shapes us through our trials, making us more like Him with each challenge we face.
  • Family: I am blessed to be married to Chief Apostle Dr. Ruben L. Broadnax Jr., and together we have served in ministry for over 20 years. Our ministry has always been centered on empowering individuals spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I cherish our time spent in ministry together and am grateful for our shared calling.
  • What my parents think of my sermons: My parents have always supported my calling and are proud of the way I allow God to speak through me. They believe my sermons reflect my genuine love for the Word and for God's people.
  • What my spouse (really) thinks of my sermons: He would say that my sermons are deeply rooted in truth, full of passion, and straight from the heart of God.
  • Best advice given to me about preaching: "Never let the fear of man silence the message that God has placed in your heart." This advice has given me the courage to speak boldly and stand firm in my calling.
  • Books that have had an impact: The Bible has been my greatest source of inspiration and strength. Additionally, books by Charles Spurgeon and other Christian leaders have profoundly shaped my understanding of God's grace and love.
  • Hobbies: I enjoy studying the Word of God, spending time in worship, and encouraging others to live their best life in Christ. Outside of ministry, I love cooking, spending time with family, and engaging in uplifting conversations with women.
  • If I could Preach one more time, I would say...: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, and know that God’s plans for you are always good, even when they seem unclear. Stay faithful, stay hopeful, and keep running your race with endurance."
  • Something funny that happened while preaching: One time, I was passionately preaching about God’s timing, and right in the middle of my sentence, the church’s clock fell off the wall and landed with a loud bang! It gave everyone, including me, a good laugh as we realized the irony of the moment.
  • What I want on my tombstone: "She lived to serve God and others with love, grace, and purpose."
