Summary: A place where we practice what we preach.

Your rewards as a Christian.

Matthew 10: 32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

37 He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.

40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Judgments of our sins Christ took to Calvary.

Made salvation free.

Our service for the Lord will be rewarded in due time.

All because of his love toward us.

1. God’s promises to us.

Genesis 15: 1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

The law of rewards is God’s program.

Your labor for the Lord will be fully paid.

We as laborers are worthy of his hire according to Gods promise.

2nd Timothy 4: 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

2. For preferring Gods law.

Psalms 19: 10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.

Health benefits for living right.

Happy heart for loving Gods word.

Heaven to gain and hell to shun.

3. Being persecuted falsely.

Matthew 5: 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

A clear conscience gives peace of mind.

Clean conduct proof of morals.

The complaining is mad over something.

4. For our performance of duty.

1st Corinthians 3: 14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.

Our talent used faithfully.

Our time faithfully rendered.

Our tithe faithfully given.

5.Our personal sacrifice.

1st Corinthians 9: 17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.

18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.

Going beyond the call of duty.

Sweetness in time of trials.

Staying on the job at all cost.

6. For priestly service.

Matthew 10: 42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Small deed in the right spirit.

Service did in the name of the Lord.

With no selfish motive in any deeds.

7. Promotion of Bible doctrine.

2nd John 8: 8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.

9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.

10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
