Summary: When the enemy tries to remind you of your past, just stop and say, devil, you must don’t know about me.

As I was traveling down Highway 18, I pulled up next to a car with the windows rolled down, and they had their music blasting.

Now, I don’t usually pay a whole lot attention to what the world is playing, but this one caught me off guard. Now I want to be clear, that I heard this song before, but this time it really caught my attention. The lyrics said, You Must Don’t Know About Me.

And immediately, my spirit jumped. Because the truth is, there are some people, some demons, and even some situations in my life that need to hear those same words: You must don’t know about me.

Maybe you ought to tell somebody, anybody, or even everybody. You must don’t know about me.

You see, some people only know the chapter they walked in on.

They saw you in the storm but didn’t see you when God brought you out.

They saw you broken but didn’t see you blessed.

They saw you crying but didn’t see the joy, that came in the morning.

And here it is. When the enemy tries to remind me of my past, I just stop and say, devil, you must don’t know about me.

This is why our response should be to the world. If you knew what I’ve been through, you would be praising God with me.

If you knew the nights I cried myself to sleep, you would be shouting with me.

If you knew the tears I shed, then you would understand my worship.

1st Corinthians 4:8-9: puts it on a level that really explains what I’m trying to convey when it says:

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.

That’s the story of my life. Yes, I’ve been through some ups and downs, but I’m still here.

Yes, I’ve had some trials, and some tribulations, but I’m still standing.

I’ve been lied on, talked about, pushed down, but I’ve learned how to get back up.

We must learn to not allow people to Don’t Judge us By our Valley’s

Because people love to size you up when you’re in your lowest point. They thought you would stay in the pit. But God said, I’ll prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies.

You ought to say it again, you must don’t know about me!”

Because if you knew me, you’d know that I’m coming out stronger, wiser, and better.

We must make sure that we serve hell and all of the demons that you can’t count me out, when God has counted me in.

I know that the song said, You must don’t know about me, but let me flip that:

Devil, you don’t know that I’m chosen.

You don’t know that I’m blood washed.

You don’t know that no weapon formed against me shall prosper.

I know that you don’t like me, but I’m still here.

I know you thought that I was a mess. But look at me, I’m still here because He has kept me.

I may not have the fancy car.

I may not be able to go to the hairdresser.

I may not be sum cu lada

But I’ve Been Through Too Much Not to Praise Him

You see what you don’t understand is that:

Every scar is a testimony.

Every tear that watered my face, was a test of my faith.

Every setback, was a setup for for a comeback.

So when I lift my hands, don’t judge me.

When I shout, don’t roll your eyes.

Because you must don’t know about me.

You don’t know the hell I went through.

You don’t know the prayers I have had to pray.

You don’t know the nights I almost gave up.

But God!

You ought to be a witness and testify that the Devil, you tried it. But you’re still here.

Storms came. But I made it.

Weapons formed. But they didn’t prosper.

And I’m still here. By the grace of God!”

I’m still standing. By the grace of God.

I still have victory. By the grace of God.

If He has kept you, then you ought to dance like it

If He healed you, then why don’t you wave your hands.

If He brought you out, open your mouth and shout!”

Tell the devil that I know that you don’t know about me, because if you did then you would know that I’ve got Jesus, and that’s enough!”

Let me get to my text and I will quit. Micah 7:8 says: Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.

That verse preaches all by itself. It says: Don’t celebrate too soon, enemy. You must don’t know about me, because when I fall, I shall arise.
