INTRODUCTION:

Life comes with oppositions, resistance, and hindrances, especially for those destined for greatness. However, for the believer in Christ, no obstacle can ultimately prevail against God’s plan. The enemy may try, but he cannot succeed when God is for you.

The phrase “You Can’t Be Stopped” is not a boast in the flesh but a declaration of divine backing. It’s a realisation that with God on your side, every barrier becomes a stepping stone, every delay a setup for divine acceleration.

This sermon aims to stir your faith and remind you that you are unstoppable—not by your power, but by the God who works in and through you.

1. GOD IS ON YOUR SIDE

a) Divine Backing Guarantees Victory

When God is for you, no force in heaven or on earth can stand against you (Romans 8:31).

b) His Presence Drives Away Fear

The Lord is your helper; you need not fear what man can do to you (Psalm 118:6).

c) He Fights Your Battles

You don’t have to fight in your strength; the battle belongs to the Lord (2 Chronicles 20:15).

d) His Covenant Protects You

No weapon formed against you shall prosper because of the covenant of peace (Isaiah 54:17).

Biblical Example: David vs Goliath (1 Samuel 17:45-50)

David was unstoppable because God was with him, even against a giant.

2. FAILURE IS NOT FINAL

a) Falling Is Not the End

The righteous may fall seven times, but he will rise again (Proverbs 24:16).

b) God Uses Failures for Elevation

Setbacks are often setups for comebacks (Genesis 50:20).

c) You’re More Than a Conqueror

In all these things, we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37).

d) Grace Makes You Resilient

God's grace sustains you through every trial and helps you recover (2 Corinthians 12:9).

Biblical Example: Peter’s Restoration (John 21:15-17)

After failing Jesus, Peter was restored and used mightily by God.

3. PURPOSE PRESERVES YOU

a) Your Life Has Divine Assignment

God created you for a specific purpose which must be fulfilled (Jeremiah 1:5).

b) Purpose Attracts Divine Preservation

Those with purpose are protected until they complete their mission (Acts 27:23-24).

c) You Are Not an Accident

Everything about your life has meaning and direction in God (Ephesians 2:10).

d) Purpose Empowers Your Journey

When you walk in purpose, you walk in authority and grace (Romans 8:28).

Biblical Example: Joseph’s Journey (Genesis 50:19-21)

Despite betrayal and imprisonment, Joseph could not be stopped because of purpose.

4. FAITH MAKES YOU UNSTOPPABLE

a) Faith Overcomes the World

Our faith is the victory that overcomes every obstacle (1 John 5:4).

b) Faith Opens Closed Doors

With faith, mountains move and impossibilities bow (Matthew 17:20).

c) Faith Sustains You in Crisis

Even when crushed, faith keeps you moving forward (2 Corinthians 4:8-9).

d) Faith Attracts Divine Favour

Through faith, God’s favour locates and lifts you (Hebrews 11:6).

Biblical Example: The Woman with the Issue of Blood (Mark 5:25-34)

Her faith made her press through the crowd until she received her healing.

5. THE ENEMY CANNOT HAVE THE FINAL SAY

a) Satan Has Already Been Defeated

Jesus disarmed principalities and powers (Colossians 2:15).

b) God Always Has the Last Word

When men say it’s over, God says it’s just beginning (John 11:43-44).

c) You Carry Divine Authority

You are seated with Christ above all powers (Ephesians 2:6).

d) You Will Laugh Last

The plans of the enemy will backfire (Psalm 126:1-2).

Biblical Example: Mordecai and Haman (Esther 6:10-13; 7:10)

The enemy’s plan was reversed, and Mordecai triumphed in the end.

CONCLUSION:

You are not a victim of circumstances but a victor through Christ. The storms may rage, the attacks may come, but with God on your side, you can’t be stopped. Your journey is divinely orchestrated, and no power in hell can derail what God has started in your life.

Keep walking in faith, keep holding on to purpose, and keep trusting in the One who called you. You are destined to rise, destined to conquer, and destined to finish strong.

PRAYER POINTS:
