You Are Not Preaching Enough (The Evangelist Attitude)

Topic: YOU ARE NOT PREACHING ENOUGH (THE EVANGELIST ATTITUDE)

Acts 17:1-4 King James Version (KJV)

1 Now when they had passed through Amphipolis and Apollonia, they came to Thessalonica, where was a synagogue of the Jews:

2 And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,

3 Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ. note

4 And some of them believed, and consorted with Paul and Silas; and of the devout Greeks a great multitude, and of the chief women not a few.

Beloved, Paul and his team, had an attitude towards the Gospel of Grace, THE EVANGELIST ATTITUDE. The attitude that I love so much and pray every single Christian gets and exhibits it, from the least to the greatest.

Beloved, Jesus had the same attitude towards His Word. And I strongly believe the rest of the Apostles and maybe most if not all His disciples had the same attitude.

They had the attitude of *PREACHING THE GOSPEL EVERYWHERE*, be it in a mosque, in the mist of idol worshippers, in a church, at a religious or social or cultural gathering. They preached everywhere to everybody the Gospel of Grace.

Beloved where is this attitude today amongst us who are saved? Where is the exhibition of the GREAT COMMISSION we were charged by Jesus before He adcended into heaven? We read and preach about the Great Commission in our churches, but, do we understand it?

We are charged to carry this attitude, THE EVANGELIST ATTITUDE always, no matter where we are or the group we find ourselves in.

Listen, if you preach, someone will surely get saved. You might not know or see or hear the testimony but I tell you on authority, in the name of Jesus Christ, anytime you speak the Gospel of Grace, the Gospel of Love, the Gospel of Mercy, someone gets saved. I know this from the Lord, from the Gospel and from experience.

Beloved Paul and Silas and the team practised the EVANGELIST ATTITUDE and they won in every village, town and city they entered.

What are you waiting for? You are a Christian commissioned to do same by Jesus, the moment you got saved. Put on the Bright and Beautiful Snow White Garment of Evangelism adorned with a golden sash and carry the Flaming Sword of Grace that empowers you to preach, deliver, heal, free and open the eyes of the blind; then get out there into every corner, market, office, bus, lorry station, the streets, schools, everywhere and preach the Gospel of Jesus to everyone.

Now, hear me out, don't go out there preaching a *GOSPEL OF CONDEMNATION*, no.

Go out there, tell them Jesus loves them no matter who they are, what they have done, where they have been etc etc etc. and He is ready to embrace them and forgive them if they would repent and come to Him, accept Him as their Lord and Personal Saviour and be washed clean with His blood.

For this reason, He the first begotten Son of God came to earth, to live as man, take upon Himself all our sins (past, present and future) and put upon us His righteousness free of charge, then go to the cross, nail all those sins and curses to the cross, lay down His life and take it again on the third day to the glory of God.

Beloved let's preach this everywhere, and I promise you in the name of Jesus, souls would be won everywhere and anywhere you open your mouth to speak Jesus.

Beloved, *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else. Preach Him everywhere at anytime and His glory shall be seen all over the earth.

Prayer: Father, please empower me, strengthen me and give me the Relentless Spirit that Jesus, Paul and his team carried and were moved to preach the Gospel of Jesus everywhere and anywhere they went without fear to win souls to the glory of God. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
