Summary: A servant is always ready to serve, even when wages are not coming in, he looks up to his Master, hoping for the best, knowing that many have been paid before him and even after him so he will surely receive his wages so he will always serve

May the peace of the Lord be with you.

Topic: *YOU ARE CALLED AS A SERVANT NOT A MASTER*

1 Corinthians 9:15-19 King James Version (KJV)

15 But I have used none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done unto me: for it were better for me to die, than that any man should make my glorying void.

16 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.

18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.

19 For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.

Beloved, as Men of God or servants called to work in the vineyard of the Lord, we are charged with a duty, the duty to preach the Gospel. To preach the Good News to all without fail. Not focussing on money or help or support from men but counting on God Almighty to satisfy our every need which He surely will do.

Beloved, we have the privilege to seek support from men but whether that support comes or not, it shouldn't stop us from preaching the Gospel of Jesus.

Remember that, your mandate to preach is from God. It is for a very worthy and needed cause that He has asked you to preach. His children are perishing, the devil is messing them up and using them left and right so you have to preach the Gospel, to spread the Good News for many to accept Jesus, become born again and also for already saved souls to learn and know more so they live more free than the have been living.

Beloved what God wants to use you for is beyond receiving support from men. It is a life saving mission and for those He has prepared for you to deliver, have their lives and future in your hands.

Beloved *woe is you if you don't preach the Gospel and they perish* Don't consider your state of lack or need and stay home. Get out there and preach the Gospel. For woe is you if you don't preach it.

Know one thing, you are not a master of those you preach to, you are a servant to them. You have been called to be their servant to labour for them in the vineyard so they don't perish. So it is not your desire to preach or not to preach that should send you out there or keep you at home but the need of the perishing souls (those you have been called to serve) to come out of condemnation.

If you view yourself as a bond servant of God, sent to serve His children you will submit to your Master, Jesus Christ and do what He has asked you to do without fail.

Beloved, Jesus served us to the end and He is still serving as by praying for us always. Beloved if the Master is still serving then who are you to say you won't serve? It doesn't matter what the reasons are, you have to serve as a Man of God to deliver people from bondage so they don't perish. *IT'S ALL ABOUT JESUS* and no one else.

Prayer: Daddy please give me the spirit of servanthood so I will serve you and your children diligently in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
