Without Natural Affection

Isaiah 49:15 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

In the day God spoke this it would be unnatural for a mother not have compassion or her child or not feed it. Indeed, women begged for children.

Now women abort their children or if they are born women toss their children into dumpsters, into the woods or try to flush them down the toilet. What happened? As always, the Word has the answer.

Rom_1:31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

2Ti_3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

As people get more and more evil as we approach the last days, they lose the their natural affection. We say a taste of this when the two harlots approach Solomon. One had rolled over and suffocated her child and tried to switch with the other one. Solomon suggested they cut the child in half since there was no DNA or other kind of forensic evidence to prove who was the real mother. The real one cried out and said give it to the other woman.

Solomon banked on the natural affection of the real mother to want the child to live versus the one that not only seemed to have no grief for her own loss, but was perfectly content to allow the child to die if she could not have it.

And that is what we see on a daily basis all over the world. Women coldly allow their child to be chopped in pieces or throw them out like garbage. Even dogs care for their pups better than that and worry if one is missing.

It works at the other end of the scale as well. I read where a woman whose only issue was that she was on a feeding tube. She was otherwise in good health and very mentally alert. The family did not want to deal with it so they had the tube removed and the lady died when could have and should have had a much longer life. She was an inconvenience so her family murdered her.

Kids are telling their parents to hurry up and die so they can have their inheritance. If they do not die fast enough they kill their parents or hire someone to do it. If a sibling gets the bigger chunk or all of it they can callously have that one killed as well.

When we leave God out of our schools, churches and culture we reap what we sow. We tell the kids they are just hi-tech apes and wonder why they act like animals. Yet, most animals display far more natural affection for their young and old than these monsters we are raising.

Such actions will increase. Pray for revival. We can mitigate some of this, but we will not stop it. In the Tribulation, it will peak. I would not be surprised if during that time they will legislate a night of murder and mayhem as in the "Purge" movies.

Pray for the Rapture, but win souls while you are waiting. Vote against abortion, euthanasia and assisted suicide. Do all you can while we are still here. One day, it may be your life or a loved one you will save.
