WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE

INTRODUCTION

Life is filled with challenges, impossibilities, and situations that seem beyond human control. Many people struggle with limitations—whether financial, health-related, spiritual, or emotional. However, as believers, we must always remember that with God, all things are possible. In Matthew 19:26, Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” This statement assures us that no situation is beyond God’s power.

The Bible is filled with testimonies of God turning impossibilities into possibilities. Abraham and Sarah had a child in their old age, the Red Sea parted for the Israelites, Lazarus was raised from the dead, and Jesus Himself conquered death. These are undeniable proofs that nothing is impossible with God.

As we explore this topic, we will understand the nature of God’s limitless power, how to activate it in our lives, and the benefits of trusting in Him when we face impossible situations.

1. THE NATURE OF GOD’S POWER

God’s power knows no limits and is beyond human comprehension.

a) God is omnipotent (Jeremiah 32:27)

He has all power and nothing is too difficult for Him.

b) God is the Creator of all things (Genesis 1:1)

If He created the heavens and the earth, He can recreate any situation.

c) God operates beyond human limitations (Isaiah 55:8-9)

His ways and thoughts are higher than ours.

d) God’s power is eternal (Psalm 90:2)

He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

e) Biblical Example: Sarah Conceiving in Old Age (Genesis 18:14)

God fulfilled His promise despite natural impossibilities.

2. HOW GOD TURNS IMPOSSIBILITIES INTO POSSIBILITIES

God has a divine pattern for making the impossible possible.

a) Through faith (Mark 9:23)

All things are possible to those who believe.

b) Through prayer (James 5:16)

Fervent prayers move the hand of God.

c) Through divine intervention (Exodus 14:21-22)

God stepped in to part the Red Sea for Israel.

d) Through supernatural provision (Philippians 4:19)

God supplies needs in miraculous ways.

e) Biblical Example: The Virgin Birth of Jesus (Luke 1:37)

What seemed impossible became reality through the power of God.

3. HOW TO ACTIVATE GOD’S POWER IN YOUR LIFE

To experience divine possibilities, we must take steps of faith.

a) Believe in God’s ability (Hebrews 11:6)

Faith is the key to receiving from God.

b) Speak words of faith (Proverbs 18:21)

What we confess affects our reality.

c) Walk in obedience (Deuteronomy 28:1-2)

Obedience unlocks divine possibilities.

d) Surround yourself with believers (Matthew 18:19-20)

Corporate faith brings supernatural results.

e) Biblical Example: Peter Walking on Water (Matthew 14:28-31)

His faith made the impossible possible until doubt set in.

4. BENEFITS OF TRUSTING GOD FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE

When we trust God, we experience His supernatural power.

a) Victory over life’s challenges (1 John 5:4)

Faith guarantees our victory.

b) Supernatural breakthroughs (Isaiah 43:19)

God makes ways where there are none.

c) Divine favour and provision (Psalm 84:11)

Nothing is withheld from those who trust Him.

d) Peace and confidence (Isaiah 26:3)

Faith in God removes anxiety and fear.

e) Biblical Example: The Healing of the Woman with the Issue of Blood (Mark 5:25-34)

Her faith made her whole despite her hopeless condition.

CONCLUSION

God is not limited by human impossibilities. He specializes in doing what no man can do. However, experiencing His power requires faith, prayer, obedience, and absolute trust in Him. When we surrender to God, He turns our situations around in ways beyond human understanding.

Are you facing an impossible situation today? Do not be discouraged. Instead, look up to the One who can do exceedingly and abundantly above all we ask or think. With God, all things are possible!
